About the role
- Owns overall management, relationship and coordination with sub servicing vendor
- Builds dynamic relationship with vendor while driving focus to maximize portfolio performance
- Monitors vendor performance and facilitates discussions around performance/process improvement
- Conducts monthly portfolio performance reviews with sub servicing vendor
- Partners with internal stakeholders to drive key initiatives and change with vendor
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the mortgage servicing industry
- Demonstrated leadership oversight of program and project management as well as change management
- Excellent analytical and complex problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Strong interpersonal skills and must be a team player
