About the role
- Define and implement the national sales strategy, targets and KPIs, aligned with the executive team and the company’s growth plan.
- Lead and develop regional sales teams, ensuring ongoing training, process discipline and high performance.
- Manage the sales funnel, forecasts and key commercial KPIs, proposing corrective actions and productivity improvements.
- Engage in complex negotiations and market expansion initiatives, strengthening long-term relationships with key clients.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product and other departments to define value propositions, commercial policies, pricing and incentive campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a national or senior regional sales manager in B2B, with a demonstrated track record of meeting targets and driving growth.
- Strong leadership, people management and team development skills, with a focus on performance culture and collaboration.
- Analytical mindset, with strong command of commercial metrics, market insight and use of data for decision-making.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills (executive team, strategic clients, channels and partners).
- Results-oriented, resilient and strategically minded, with the ability to balance growth, margins and customer satisfaction.
