About the role
- Own, build and scale the brands of fin-house and Startup Accountancy
- Define the brand voice, tone and messaging frameworks
- Lead brand-led campaigns: launches, thought leadership, partnerships, events
- Create and maintain brand guidelines
- Work closely with founders and leadership team to translate vision into brand expression
- Shape how the business shows up externally
Requirements
- 6–10+ years’ experience in brand and/or marketing roles
- Proven experience leading brand strategy and positioning
- Comfortable owning marketing as a function, not just a slice of it
- Strong commercial instincts and understands how brand supports growth
- Confident operating as a one‑person function with external support
- Able to brief, manage and challenge agencies and freelancers
- Happy working with ambiguity and building things from scratch
- Experience in B2B, professional services, SaaS or founder‑led businesses is a strong plus.
