About the role

  • Own, build and scale the brands of fin-house and Startup Accountancy
  • Define the brand voice, tone and messaging frameworks
  • Lead brand-led campaigns: launches, thought leadership, partnerships, events
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines
  • Work closely with founders and leadership team to translate vision into brand expression
  • Shape how the business shows up externally

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years’ experience in brand and/or marketing roles
  • Proven experience leading brand strategy and positioning
  • Comfortable owning marketing as a function, not just a slice of it
  • Strong commercial instincts and understands how brand supports growth
  • Confident operating as a one‑person function with external support
  • Able to brief, manage and challenge agencies and freelancers
  • Happy working with ambiguity and building things from scratch
  • Experience in B2B, professional services, SaaS or founder‑led businesses is a strong plus.
