About the role

  • Help users succeed and grow with Filigran: Create programs that help users adopt OpenCTI and OpenAEV capabilities faster, serve as the first line of community support, troubleshoot with peers, explore new use cases, and learn from community members who are one step ahead. Escalate complex issues to Product or Engineering when needed.
  • Foster connection and belonging: Build dedicated spaces for specific roles (threat intel analysts, SOC teams, and red teamers), regions, and industries so a large global community feels personal. Actively recruit new members, spotlight engaged contributors, help members build their personal brand, and design programs that enable users to learn from each other.
  • Own our multi-channel community presence: Drive Filigran's engagement across Slack, GitHub discussions, Reddit and evaluate how best to engage in LinkedIn and Substack. Participate in relevant conversations, sharing product updates, and building authentic relationships with power users and open-source contributors.
  • Encourage feedback that shapes the product: Build clear loops for users to share product ideas, surface where they're getting stuck, and show how their input drives future direction. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to bring real-time community insights into their workflow.
  • Scale self-service and peer support: Grow a healthy network of moderators and contributors who help answer questions across time zones. Recognize and celebrate top contributors through programs like the Filigran Ambassador Program to deepen engagement and loyalty.
  • Own end-to-end community events: Plan, organize, and run virtual meetups, product webinars, AMAs, and online summits — from scheduling and promotion to logistics and post-event follow-up.
  • Track, measure, optimize: Use data to understand what drives adoption, satisfaction, and engagement. Share insights that help the business see the value of community, and continuously improve your programs based on what works.

Requirements

  • An active presence on community platforms such as Reddit, GitHub, LinkedIn, or Substack; you know how these communities work from the inside
  • A track record of building scalable engagement programs that deliver real value to users and internal teams
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and come up with creative solutions to challenging problems
  • Strong communication skills and a welcoming presence. You know how to connect with people and make them feel seen and appreciated
