About the role

  • Assist AEs in positioning Filevine to clients seeking case management, AI, and contract management solutions particularly in the legal and corporate verticals.
  • This is non-customer facing role with a focus on preparing and delivering dynamic storytelling demonstrations of products to our AE team.
  • Continually improve your understanding of the intricacies of the Filevine offerings.
  • Help in researching and developing solutions within the Filevine suite to solve customer needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical role, such as quality assurance, engineer in test or technical support.
  • A curious mind that wants to know how it works and why it works; the type of person who can’t help but push a button to find out what happens when you do.
  • Fluent in English. Strong communicator, ability to efficiently communicate with our account executive team in the US time zone.
  • Problem-solving skills so you can listen to the customers’ desires and concerns, and then recommend solutions.
  • Adaptable to sudden changes whether they be in a customer conversation or overall in business strategy.
  • Legal software admin experience is a plus but not necessary.
