About the role

  • Provide operational and managerial oversight of a medium-sized team of Assistance Advisors
  • Ensure the team’s overall performance and high level of customer satisfaction
  • Organize, manage and monitor the platform’s activities in coordination with the Group Managers team
  • Participate occasionally in recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Supervise, coach, engage and develop the skills of the assistance advisors
  • Analyze performance and work quality
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure correct application of internal procedures and processing rules
  • Produce reports and present them to Management
  • Provide support to the team when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Manager in customer relations
  • Prior experience in assistance services is a plus
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Availability to work rotating shifts on weekdays and/or weekends, including on-call duties
  • Ability to analyze and interpret numerical data
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team orientation
  • Good listening and communication skills
  • Ability to manage tension and resolve conflicts
  • Strong writing and documentation skills
  • Excellent ability to withstand pressure and manage stress
