About the role

  • Ensure the operational and managerial leadership of a mid-sized team of Assistance Advisors (between 5 and 10 advisors)
  • Be accountable for your team's overall performance and a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Organize, manage and control the desk's activities in coordination with the team of Group Managers
  • Participate occasionally in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Supervise, support, engage and develop the skills of the Assistance Advisors
  • Analyze performance and work quality using activity dashboards
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure correct application of internally defined procedures and processes
  • Produce reports and present them to Management
  • Provide support to the team when needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) or equivalent minimum
  • Significant experience in a managerial role within customer relations
  • Prior experience in assistance is a plus
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Availability to work staggered shifts during the week and/or weekends, and to fulfill on-call duties
  • Analytical skills and ability to interpret numerical data
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
  • Active listening and clear communication skills
  • Ability to manage tensions and resolve conflicts
  • Strong writing and documentation abilities
  • Excellent capacity to handle pressure and manage stress
