About the role
- Ensure the operational and managerial leadership of a mid-sized team of Assistance Advisors (between 5 and 10 advisors)
- Be accountable for your team's overall performance and a high level of customer satisfaction
- Organize, manage and control the desk's activities in coordination with the team of Group Managers
- Participate occasionally in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Supervise, support, engage and develop the skills of the Assistance Advisors
- Analyze performance and work quality using activity dashboards
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure correct application of internally defined procedures and processes
- Produce reports and present them to Management
- Provide support to the team when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) or equivalent minimum
- Significant experience in a managerial role within customer relations
- Prior experience in assistance is a plus
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Availability to work staggered shifts during the week and/or weekends, and to fulfill on-call duties
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret numerical data
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Active listening and clear communication skills
- Ability to manage tensions and resolve conflicts
- Strong writing and documentation abilities
