About the role
- Manage relationships with key private-label lending partners across mortgage, banking, and fintech
- Track and interpret performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Collaborate with finance, legal, product, marketing, credit, and technical teams to support partner needs
- Guide partners through integration, implementation, and ongoing adoption initiatives
- Lead QBRs and partner discussions that clearly tie goals to measurable outcomes
- Serve as a trusted advisor for partner leadership, providing insights and strategic recommendations
- Support escalations and coordinate with internal teams to drive resolutions
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement, expand use cases, and grow revenue
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene, operational consistency, and clear partner documentation
- Represent partnerships at events and leverage industry touchpoints to strengthen relationships
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise customer success, relationship management, or account management
- High technical aptitude with the ability to learn Figure’s applications and understand mortgage-related workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and relationship-building ability
- Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proven success achieving and exceeding performance targets
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities
- Operational rigor with strong CRM discipline and dependable follow-through
- Ability to travel up to 15%
- Plus: experience in mortgage, blockchain, and/or fintech environments
