About the role

  • Shape experiences that fuel Figma’s growth—from how users discover value to how organizations manage their accounts and scale over time.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, high-impact solutions that balance user needs with business goals.
  • Simplify complex workflows, contribute to product strategy, and design scalable systems that strengthen the relationship between users and Figma.
  • Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction.
  • Deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities.
  • Create and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals, as well as provide thoughtful feedback for others doing the same.
  • Design and ship high-quality product improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience designing UX and UI for a software product of similar scale and complexity
  • Great attention to detail and a strong eye for visual craft, such as composition, typography, and layout
  • Fluency in interaction design and prototyping, to express and refine nuanced design decisions
  • A track record of independently driving design processes from discovery through launch—balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
  • Experience designing for multiple user types (e.g., individual users, admins, buyers) or across product tiers
  • While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have: experience designing in growth, monetization, or enterprise environments
