• The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loan Pricing Analyst to join Fig’s Finance & Analytics team. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is an exciting opportunity for a graduate with a strong statistics background (ideally a Master’s degree) and demonstrated experience in Python programming. You will apply advanced analytics to real-world lending challenges and contribute meaningfully to strategic business decisions across teams.

• The Role: We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Associate Director / Director of Product to lead Fig’s product strategy, execution, and team development. Reporting to the Head of Product, this senior leadership role will play a critical part in shaping the company’s overall direction and long-term success. You will work closely with executives and cross-functional partners to ensure our lending infrastructure, customer-facing products, and strategic partnerships scale effectively, efficiently, and sustainably.
