  • Supported by Fairstone Bank, Fig is in a unique position to blend the benefits of extensive lending experience with the agility of a start-up. This combination allows the company to effectively meet the credit needs of Canadians from various financial backgrounds.
  • The Role: We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Associate Director / Director of Product to lead Fig’s product strategy, execution, and team development. Reporting to the Head of Product, this senior leadership role will play a critical part in shaping the company’s overall direction and long-term success. You will work closely with executives and cross-functional partners to ensure our lending infrastructure, customer-facing products, and strategic partnerships scale effectively, efficiently, and sustainably.
  • You will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives and be directly accountable for delivering measurable outcomes aligned with Fig’s business goals. This is an exciting opportunity to drive meaningful change at a fast-growing, mission-driven fintech company.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities.
  • High degree of customer empathy and passion for solving meaningful problems.
  • Experience with loan origination/loan management systems is a plus.
