About the role
- Manage corporate real estate activities within assigned territories
- Conduct regional and site-specific analysis, feasibility studies, and contract negotiations
- Manage all aspects of real estate transactions—including acquisitions, dispositions, and ongoing negotiations
- Interpret and analyze legal contracts and due diligence reports
- Support zoning, signage, and code variance requests
- Lead all phases of negotiations with various stakeholders
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business or real estate; equivalent experience may be considered
- Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant real estate or corporate transaction experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Real Estate Mapping and other Real Estate Related software
- Strong organizational, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to build coalitions across diverse stakeholders
