About the role
- Manage the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and/or program work streams
- Facilitate prioritization, scope control, and resource allocation decisions
- Establish and maintain effective program governance to ensure project objectives are met
- Identify critical risks and issues and drive issue resolution
- Coordinate effective communication among teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of commercial credit experience
- Significant project/program/change management experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related field required
- Strong organization, analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in managing and delivering technology supported implementations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, negotiation and influencing skills
