About the role
- Lead liaison between line of business (LOBs), operational support and information technology
- Analyze non-standard business and user needs, document requirements, and resolve complex system problems
- Partner with business unit to develop a solid knowledge base of the business line
- Coordinate business requirements definition, development, testing, implementation and support for new and existing systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years work experience in banking, financial services or related experience
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience
- Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP preferred
- Proven leadership experience in operations, manufacturing or quality
- Proficient in Windows based software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio)
