💰 $113,400 - $138,600 per year
About the role
- Develop and consult on client processes; act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process
- Create custom Fieldwire demonstrations, trial project configurations, and direct engagements for prospective Enterprise customers
- Understand leads’ business objectives and help them extract value from Fieldwire
- Build deep relationships with multiple companies across diverse use cases
- Conduct web-based and in-person trainings and demonstrations; create Project configuration and best practices guides
- Assist product team by identifying issues and communicating customer feedback; participate in design reviews of new features
- Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate answers throughout the sales and trial process
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in the construction technology industry
- Additional construction industry experience preferred
- Preferably background as a solutions or sales engineer; working in the pre-sales motion
- Must speak English fluently
- Preferably speak French or Spanish to assist French or Spanish speaking clients
- Must live in the following time zones: US; CST or EST due to time zones requirements of the SE Team/AE Team and clients
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with strong time management skills
- Diplomacy and patience when working through customer issues
- Comfortable communicating with anyone, from foremen to senior-level managers
- Desire to learn in a growing & dynamic company
