Outside Sales

• This position is a sales professional that will effectively represent Field in the fastener market.
• The Territory Sales role will focus on hunting to grow and develop Field’s presence in a dedicated territory.
• The position will also include supporting existing customers within the territory.
• Effectiveness in the role is determined by achieving sales goals, actively displaying the Field culture to internal and external customers, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
• Travel to customers and contacts in the territory as needed which may require overnight stays.
