About the role

  • Buildout FieldAI’s visual brand system, ensuring consistency across all external and internal communications.
  • Design and produce enterprise sales materials, marketing collateral, campaign assets, event graphics, social, and website visuals.
  • Support global sales teams with presentation materials, industry-specific assets, and executive-level communications.
  • Collaborate on launch campaigns, trade shows, and major industry events to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
  • Create and maintain corporate templates for executive presentations, internal communications, and cross-functional documentation.
  • Develop materials supporting talent brand and recruiting efforts, including hiring campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
  • Design customer onboarding, training, and support materials that clearly communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed to maintain brand consistency and quality standards.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of visual polish, accuracy, and production readiness.
  • Manage creative workflow and production operations using Asana, including intake, prioritization, timeline coordination, and quality control to ensure all deliverables meet established brand standards and business requirements before release.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 6–10+ years of professional design experience, preferably within technology, SaaS, robotics, AI, or enterprise-focused companies.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development, marketing design, and production execution across digital and print.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Demonstrated experience developing scalable design systems and brand guidelines.
  • Experience designing enterprise sales materials and executive-level presentations.
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visual communication.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback from senior stakeholders.
