Technical Project Manager

• Deliver technical projects
• Lead technical projects across product development, product roadmap implementation, customer demonstrations, deployments, system integrations, R&D, and partner-funded initiatives.
• Translate objectives into clear project scope, activities, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Adapt your level of involvement to the needs of each project, taking full ownership where required or supporting technical leads and other project owners.
• Coordinate projects involving software, hardware, testing, procurement, integration, and operational deployment.
• Maintain momentum, follow through on commitments, and ensure that actions are completed.
• Coordinate product and prototype development
• Plan and coordinate internal product and prototype development activities.
• Support engineering teams in structuring roadmap implementation, development sprints, integration activities, and test cycles.
• Maintain visibility of progress, blockers, technical dependencies, and required decisions.

People Operations

• Build and run core People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle
• Own workflows for contracts, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HRIS/data hygiene, policies, and documentation
• Manage probation tracking and make sure managers hold timely review conversations
• Maintain and improve the employee handbook and core people documentation
• Work closely with Finance on payroll, employment cost tracking, and related approvals, coordinating with external advisors where needed
• Identify people risks early and escalate clearly to the COO and leadership team
• Support hiring managers with role setup, interview process, candidate communication, offer workflows, and hiring process discipline
• Work closely with technical recruiters on niche talent sourcing, candidate pipeline quality, hiring priorities, interview process, and offer coordination
• Support remote and international hiring, including employment, payroll, contract, relocation, and onboarding approaches for hires in other European countries
• Coordinate 30% ruling applications for eligible employees in the Netherlands with external advisors
• Ensure our people processes are grounded in Dutch employment practices while scalable enough for a distributed European team
• Improve our trackers, templates, checklists, dashboards, and operating rhythms for people processes
• Turn ambiguous people operations problems into practical workflows with clear owners, timelines, and next steps
• Drive follow-through across managers, hiring teams, external advisors, and internal stakeholders
• Use tools such as Notion, Ashby, HRIS platform, Slack, ChatGPT, and AI agents to reduce manual work and improve visibility
• Gradually help build lightweight processes for performance reviews, salary reviews, role clarity, and future People function scaling

People Operations Lead

Security Engineer

• Supporting the setup of our information security management framework based on ISO 27001 principles — drafting policies, control structures, and documentation
• Assisting with the implementation of ABDO/ABRO security requirements applicable to our defence-oriented environment
• Structuring and maintaining internal documentation: asset registers, risk registers, data classification schemes, and access control policies
• Translating security and compliance requirements into clear, practical guidelines for our team
• Supporting export control activities: conducting due diligence on potential customers, assisting with export license applications, and maintaining related administrative records
• Identifying gaps between current practices and required standards, and proposing structured improvements
• Working closely with leadership and interacting with engineering teams - not to build systems, but to understand them well enough to document, classify, and assess them from a compliance perspective.
