About the role

  • Understanding customer requirements to research and identify quality data on prospects and companies.
  • Working closely with Managers to help aggregate data based on specified target criteria.
  • Follow and Iterate data Generation processes and procedures to ensure high-quality data for Clients.
  • Maintaining knowledge and staying abreast of news, trends and monitoring the effect on business.
  • You will be responsible for validating the data generated by algorithms using human logic.
  • You will be responsible for the collection, validation, quality checks, and curation of data.
  • You will be responsible for building data from scratch.
  • Perform data formatting, manipulation, and data cleanup.
  • Work collaboratively with team members in delivering quality data.
  • Research, analyze, and present the market and industry trends and patterns.
  • Own and drive continuous improvement within the existing process.
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • (Only Freshers can apply).
  • Proficient in internet usage and familiarity with computer usage.
  • Undergraduate/graduate degree (BSc Computer Science, BCA, MCA, etc.).
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and quality and a keen eye for the results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy team in a startup environment; team player.
  • Business know-how. Understand how businesses work, job hierarchies, business verticals, funding, etc.
  • Solid exposure to computer usage and the internet.
  • Familiarity with different social media.
  • Integrity and Grit.
