About the role
- Plan, develop and deliver trainings aimed at professionals involved in the PRONAS/PCD program.
- Identify training needs aligned with the project's objectives and FIDI's purpose.
- Design content, instructional materials and learning pathways (in-person and/or online).
- Act as a facilitator in trainings, workshops and development initiatives.
- Ensure trainings are interconnected with principles of inclusion, diversity and care for people with disabilities.
- Monitor training indicators, evaluate effectiveness and propose continuous improvements.
- Support leaders and teams in spreading the project's culture and best practices.
- Additionally, provide excellent and compassionate service to employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR with a focus on Training and Development.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
