About the role

  • Plan, develop and deliver trainings aimed at professionals involved in the PRONAS/PCD program.
  • Identify training needs aligned with the project's objectives and FIDI's purpose.
  • Design content, instructional materials and learning pathways (in-person and/or online).
  • Act as a facilitator in trainings, workshops and development initiatives.
  • Ensure trainings are interconnected with principles of inclusion, diversity and care for people with disabilities.
  • Monitor training indicators, evaluate effectiveness and propose continuous improvements.
  • Support leaders and teams in spreading the project's culture and best practices.
  • Additionally, provide excellent and compassionate service to employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR with a focus on Training and Development.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
