About the role

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities - this includes doing your own outreach, taking part in the community and joining conferences
  • Drive deals from first contact through close, including discovery, demos, negotiation, and contract execution
  • Collaborate with Business Development to target high-potential prospects and refine our go-to-market approach
  • Manage and forecast pipeline activity using CRM tools with precision and transparency
  • Build trusted relationships with GCs, CFOs, and legal operations leaders across industries
  • In addition to Enterprise, focus on the financial industry / Asset Management and Private Equity / Hedge Fund space
  • Refine our go-to-market for those prospects and personas

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in governance, LegalTech, or adjacent enterprise SaaS
  • 5+ years of experience working with legal or executive stakeholders in a client-facing capacity
  • Experience selling to Private Equity, Asset Managers, and other Financial Institutions is a strong plus
  • Proven track record of success in closing mid-market and enterprise deals ($30K~$150K+ ARR)
  • Deep understanding of corporate governance, legal operations, or compliance workflows is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and consultative selling skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building in a rapidly scaling environment
  • Willingness to travel and work within an international organization
