About the role

  • Conduct closing calls for our programs to acquire potential customers.
  • Source new customers and conduct needs-analysis conversations with prospects.
  • Conduct setting calls to pre-qualify prospects yourself.
  • Make telephone contact with existing contacts in the system to ensure efficient customer support.
  • Prepare and follow up on appointments, including regular follow-ups, to ensure first-class customer care.
  • Analyze and optimize your sales conversations for sustainable success.
  • Continuously develop your skills through internal and external training opportunities to stay up to date.

Requirements

  • A high degree of motivation, discipline and self-initiative to achieve self-set goals.
  • Strong communication skills and persuasiveness to win and retain customers.
  • Negotiation skills and confidence in closing deals to secure successful contract signings.
  • A sense of responsibility and goal orientation to support our company objectives.
  • A passion for sales and working with people to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Fluent German, both spoken and written, to ensure clear and convincing communication.
  • Ideally some initial experience in sales; career changers are welcome.
