About the role
- Define and execute the portfolio analytics strategy to enable enterprise-level decision-making
- Build and lead a high-impact analytics organization, mentoring talent and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Shape frameworks for data governance, experimentation, and performance measurement across technology domains
- Drive standardization and rigor in reporting, KPIs, and analytic methodologies
- Champion innovation by leveraging emerging tools, platforms, and advanced analytic techniques
- Influence senior leadership decisions through compelling insights and strategic recommendations
- Establish prioritization and backlog management processes to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Communicate complex insights effectively, translating data into clear narratives and actionable strategies for executives
- Collaborate across business units and product areas to integrate analytics into enterprise planning and delivery
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in analytics, insights, and experimentation, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Proven ability to develop and scale analytic strategies that drive business growth and operational excellence
- Demonstrated success in building and mentoring high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation
- Expertise in advanced analytics, experimentation, and data visualization
- Familiarity with tools such as R/Python, SQL, Tableau, Snowflake
- Ability to influence strategic business decisions and align analytic priorities with enterprise objectives
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
- Advanced degree and/or certification in analytics, computer science, or related field preferred
- Understanding of data modeling, agile principles, and enterprise technology ecosystems
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as needed
