About the role
- work with business partners to enhance and automate processes to improve efficiency, scale and quality
- build and implement solutions that provide business partners time and capacity gains
- write technical specifications, test execution plans and test cases to cover end to end functionality
- collaborate with other developers, designers, and team members to ensure the success of the project
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- WorkHUB (XTRAC) user
- Hands-on experience with business process improvements or business /workflow process design
- Solid grasp of Agile methodology and tools
- Preferred 2-3 years of experience in the financial services industry and in information systems
