- Work with the squad leader in supporting Straight Through Processing & Automation, delivering new and evolving products and services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver your team’s work.
- Seamlessly deploy your product and support it after the launch.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent career experience required.
- 3+ years of experience working with customer service, product management, or tech development teams; Experience with automation tools a plus.
- Proven strong analytical skills and is technologically adaptable.
- Proficiently lead all stages of the Product Delivery Lifecycle responsibilities, focusing on driving change in how we do business to bring a product from strategy to the marketplace.
