About the role
- help our participants achieve better financial outcomes by engaging with participants to identify solutions that will help them in their path to financial well-being
- engaging with inactive and active 401(k) participants through inbound and outbound calls
- assisting them with their retirement planning and service needs
- use the Fidelity Relationship Model to address the participants stated needs and provide planning and advice on a wide range of topics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Financial Services experience required
- FINRA Series 7 prior to hire and will obtain the Series 66 after hire
- The ability to assist clients while successfully incorporating Fidelity’s planning, guidance and service technology with the financial planning knowledge and regulatory obligations imposed by the required licenses you hold
