Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent career experience required; MBA preferred
- 3+ years of experience working with customer service, product management, or tech development teams
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and is technologically adaptable
- Proficiently lead all stages of the Product Delivery Lifecycle responsibilities
- Keen focus on the end-to-end customer experience; resolve user pain points while working across stakeholders to prioritize solutions
