About the role

  • Act as a trusted resource for championing new and existing tools, including innovative AI solutions.
  • Accountable for owning knowledge management of all sales processes and tools, ensuring information is clear, accessible and impactful.
  • Lead strategic projects and initiatives on behalf of the Sales Enablement Team, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Deliver structured support to Sales and business partners through proactive communication, best practice sharing and seamless coordination of meetings.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in sales operations and/or financial services.
  • CRM experience required.
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Bilingualism in French/English, written and verbal, is an asset.
