• Take content briefs from the brand team and bring them to life - producing social-first video content that reflects Ffern’s identity and delivers organically.
• Source and book engaging production partners and freelance teams.
• Own and manage production schedules to ensure deadlines are communicated, understood, and met.
• Maintain and oversee the brand film calendar.
• Manage budgets and costings across all brand productions, with a clear understanding of the film team’s capacity and capability.
• Source and coordinate talent, locations, props and crew.
• Handle contracts, insurance, permits and risk assessments.
• Attend and manage shoots on location across the UK and internationally.
• Overseeing edit reviews and refinements.
• Support story development, treatments and script writing where needed.
• Stay tuned to emerging social formats and trends to help us evolve our storytelling approach.
• Maintain clear communication across the studio and wider brand team, keeping projects aligned and on track.
