About the role

  • Contribute to integrating and operationalizing customer and marketing data across CRM, Web Content Management, Digital Asset Management, Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platform, and Web Analytics.
  • Design, build and maintain scalable ETL processes and integrations to ensure a reliable Customer Master / CRM data domain.
  • Work as part of an agile delivery team (SCRUM) collaborating with product owners, marketers, data engineers, and external vendors.
  • Implement robust data validation, error handling, and monitoring for data flows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate marketing and CRM requirements into technical designs and data models.
  • Ensure integrations meet data quality, security and privacy requirements and support traceability and auditability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Integration Engineer, Data Engineer or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing context.
  • Good knowledge of CRM/Customer Master data models and ETL processes.
  • Experience integrating solutions like WCMS, DAM, Marketing Automation, CDP and Web Analytics platforms (design and operational support).
  • Agile mindset and experience working in SCRUM teams.
  • Team-oriented, strong communicator with experience in international / cross-country collaboration.
  • Very good English (written and spoken).
