Rotate through each area of expertise within the People Operations group to become familiar with the processes and systems.
Conduct needs analysis for scalable growth with input from each People Operations team.
Review HR systems stack to identify potential efficiencies and gaps.
Survey available HR information systems and related system options.
Help develop and refine People Operations’ processes, tools, and resources.
Participate in ad-hoc projects across the People Operations function.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between People Operations and business objectives.
Requirements
Master’s student actively enrolled in a graduate program in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Undergraduate students with prior experience in Human Resources or People Operations will also be considered.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with HR systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
A proactive, self-starter mindset, eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
