About the role

  • Deliver end-to-end implementation of our events strategy to ensure every activation aligns with the company mission and brand identity
  • Partner with various internal teams to deliver event experiences tailored to the needs of our stakeholders
  • Outline the branding, theme, and messaging for Fertifa events
  • Ensure our events are engaging prospects and clients through value-driven interactions
  • Oversee the development and coordination of all marketing collateral needed for events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and external suppliers
  • Report on and interpret metrics around event performance
  • Manage the annual event budget and track all associated expenses

Requirements

  • Experience in Events or Marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS startup/scaleup environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and drive tasks forward
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a resourceful and solutions-oriented approach
  • High level of organisational skill and the ability to manage multiple event campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and HubSpot to manage leads and outreach
  • An interest in reproductive rights and making reproductive health accessible to everyone
