About the role

  • Develop, own, and continuously refine a forward-looking PR roadmap aligned with business priorities.
  • Crafting high-quality press releases as well as interview briefings, and media alerts in English & Greek.
  • Coordinate and oversee multiple external PR agencies, covering different geographical areas, to ensure alignment with brand messaging
  • Manage PR activities for the Greek market, including distributing releases, identifying newsworthy stories, expanding media contacts, following up with journalists, and monitoring coverage.
  • Collaborate with the Organic Growth team, Data Analysts, and other departments to create data-driven stories, align PR initiatives with overall growth strategies, and share insights.
  • Measure, analyse, and report on PR KPIs in offline and online media and ensure stakeholders are informed.

Requirements

  • Strong writing skills in English & Greek, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content at a native or near-native level.
  • At least 3 years of experience in PR, media relations, or communications in a digital environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team spirit, resourcefulness, flexibility, and passion
  • A hands-on attitude, with a focus on execution and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret data, uncover insights, and translate them into actionable decisions.

  • Remote policy: For teams located in Athens, the policy is to visit the office a minimum of once per week. There are six weeks per year in which you can work from anywhere without visiting the office. For teams based outside Greece, the policy entails scheduled visits to Athens, subject to agreement.
