Account Manager

• Be part of the project to fully onboard SAP as the company's finance system
• Oversee the integration with MyData
• Oversee the integration of electronic invoicing
• Oversee monthly MyData reporting and alignment
• Oversee the accuracy and completeness of the monthly accounting entries in SAP
• Collaborate closely with the financial controller to implement and then oversee monthly close the books procedures
• Establish monthly VAT calculation and reporting process, then oversee VAT compliance
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with other taxes (advertising tax, etc.)
• Cooperate closely with external accountants on tax and accounting matters
• Coordinate with external auditors
• Assist the CFO with reporting as needed
• Assist the CFO with other compliance activities as needed

Tax and Statutory Account Manager

• - Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with ferry partners at all levels, fostering open communication and collaboration
• - Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth collaboration and operational efficiency for new and existing partners
• - Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that partners' challenges are addressed promptly and solutions are delivered efficiently, based on partner needs and market trends
• - Proactively identify and research potential new partners within the ferry industry, and negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements
• - Analyze partner performance data and share insights to help partners grow their business

Analytics Engineer

• Contribute to the design, build, and maintenance of data pipelines and workflows to ensure reliable and high-quality data across Ferryhopper’s data sources, helping to develop clean ingestion and transformation processes.
• Assist in orchestration and monitoring of data flows to guarantee data integrity and freshness across the BI ecosystem.
• Support development and maintenance of data quality checks, including audits, validation logic, and anomaly detection to ensure consistent and reliable data.
• Continuously optimize data collection and reporting workflows, automating manual processes and improving efficiency wherever possible.
• Enable analytics and reporting by delivering well-structured, foundational datasets that support dashboards, reporting, and modeling across the business.
• Perform light data exploration and data serving activities to support analytical and business teams in understanding and utilizing available data.

• Collaborate with the Organic Team and other departments to align content strategies and priorities, and share insights.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure it is error-free and adheres to brand guidelines.
