• Develop, own, and continuously refine a forward-looking PR roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Crafting high-quality press releases as well as interview briefings, and media alerts in English & Greek.
• Coordinate and oversee multiple external PR agencies, covering different geographical areas, to ensure alignment with brand messaging
• Manage PR activities for the Greek market, including distributing releases, identifying newsworthy stories, expanding media contacts, following up with journalists, and monitoring coverage.
• Collaborate with the Organic Growth team, Data Analysts, and other departments to create data-driven stories, align PR initiatives with overall growth strategies, and share insights.
• Measure, analyse, and report on PR KPIs in offline and online media and ensure stakeholders are informed.

PR Specialist

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations between system and partner transaction statements
• Assist in Bank reconciliation process, vendor reconciliation and customer reconciliation
• Check petty cash balances etc
• Maintain accurate records of all reconciliation activities and follow-up actions
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of non-trade related income and expenses
• Assist with the month-end close process by ensuring the accounting software is accurate for month-end reporting
• Support audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries
• Support the accounting team; assist in resolving breaks, troubleshooting issues, and identifying areas to improve processes
• Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data

• Responsibilities
• - Overseeing day-to-day financial operations related to bookings, cancellations, chargebacks, and supplier payments
• - Oversee accurate reconciliation of booking data with payment gateways, banks, and partners
• - Assist in establishing and maintaining strong internal controls across revenue, costs, and commissions
• - Monitor and improve financial operational workflows to reduce errors and processing time
• - Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, payments, and dispute resolution
• - Assist with monitoring and forecasting cashflows
• - Collaborate closely with operational departments within the company (Supply, CS, Engineering) to enhance workflows
• - Work closely with the Financial Controller and Senior Accountant to ensure that financial data is accurately and completely captured in SAP
• - Oversee project to implement electronic invoicing
• - Assist the CFO and Financial Controller with reporting activities and other projects as required
