  • Responsibilities
  • - Overseeing day-to-day financial operations related to bookings, cancellations, chargebacks, and supplier payments
  • - Oversee accurate reconciliation of booking data with payment gateways, banks, and partners
  • - Assist in establishing and maintaining strong internal controls across revenue, costs, and commissions
  • - Monitor and improve financial operational workflows to reduce errors and processing time
  • - Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, payments, and dispute resolution
  • - Assist with monitoring and forecasting cashflows
  • - Collaborate closely with operational departments within the company (Supply, CS, Engineering) to enhance workflows
  • - Work closely with the Financial Controller and Senior Accountant to ensure that financial data is accurately and completely captured in SAP
  • - Oversee project to implement electronic invoicing
  • - Assist the CFO and Financial Controller with reporting activities and other projects as required

Requirements

  • - Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • - Experience in an e-commerce/start-up environment and/or the travel industry would be an advantage
  • - At least 5 years of professional experience
  • - Proficient in Excel
  • - Strong organizational and communication skills
  • - Experience with SAP Business One is an advantage
