About the role

  • Lead cultural change and drive the plant HR strategy meeting established milestones
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues; conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations under the leadership of the local HR Manager
  • Lead & coordinate the new hire experience: Lead the orientation experience at the highest level delivering engaging, high energy and interactive orientation sessions
  • Lead employee engagement: Lead the Engagement Committee driving membership to meet established goals
  • Lead Performance Management: Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
  • Drive Fill Rate for hourly positions to meet established target
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
  • Assist in creation and facilitation of management training programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • PHR or SHRM-CP designation or master’s degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum 5 years in an HR role in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, PPT required
  • AI knowledge driving HR efficiency strongly preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred not required
