About the role
- Partner with HR leaders on meaningful projects across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, DEI, HR Operations, and Workforce Planning
- Support recruiting efforts by helping source and coordinate candidates for both hourly and salaried roles
- Assist with onboarding programs that ensure new hires feel welcomed, prepared, and excited to join the team
- Analyze HR data and help turn insights into actionable recommendations
- Contribute to employee communications, presentations, and HR process improvements
- Participate in cross-functional projects
Requirements
- Rising senior pursuing a Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Strong academic performance
- Demonstrated leadership or involvement on campus
- Previous internship, work, or project experience (HR experience a plus, but not required)
- Committed to a career in HR, people strategy, and manufacturing
