About the role
- Overseeing the complete flow of materials into, within, and out of the manufacturing facility
- Managing the receiving and storage of semi-finished goods and packaging materials
- Staging for production, tracking production receipts, and coordinating the shipment of finished goods to distribution centers
- Ensuring full inventory control across all on-site materials
- Leading a team of warehouse supervisors, clerks, cycle counters, and material handlers
- Collaborating closely with manufacturing, transportation, material planning, quality, and maintenance departments
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse and inventory management within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with SAP (preferred) or other ERP or warehouse management system
- Knowledge of food safety and compliance standards such as BRC, AIB, or SQF
- Experience working with work-in-progress (WIP) product manufacturing
- Familiarity with scanning technologies, RF guns, and related inventory control tools
- Proven track record of managing, developing, and leading teams in a warehouse setting
- Ability to communicate in English
