About the role

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives for the Asian / Pacific market.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, distributors, vehicle builders, and partners to drive business growth.
  • Increase revenue and market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats to formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales & Marketing, Product Development, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure effective product positioning, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • A minimum of five years of progressively responsible capital equipment sales experience is required.
  • Excellent understanding of the Asia / Pacific Market, cultural nuances, and business practices.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and sales analytical tools.
  • Fluency in English required, other languages are a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Proven track record of successful sales management and achievement of revenue targets in Asia / Pacific Market.
