About the role
- Strategic Sales & Technical Partnership: You will partner with our enterprise sales team on key accounts, helping them navigate complex, multi-stakeholder processes involving C-level executives and technical leaders. You will embed with the sales team and within prospect organizations to understand their commerce architecture and conversion challenges.
- Technical and Strategic Advisory for Account Growth: You will serve as the technical lead in prospect meetings, translating complex AI concepts into clear business outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor to potential clients on their digital commerce transformation journey.
- Product & Cross-Functional Impact: Work alongside engineering and product teams to influence feature development based on real customer needs. You will also run tight feedback loops between customers and internal teams to drive product innovation.
Requirements
- Core Skills & Experience: You have a product-minded approach to driving the adoption of complex technology solutions to enterprise eCommerce/retail brands. You should have a track record of building relationships with C-level executives and technical stakeholders and be comfortable with long, consultative engagements (6-12 months).
- Ideal Background: Candidates with experience in enterprise deployments at eCommerce technology companies, solutions engineering or technical sales roles, and management consulting with a retail/eCommerce focus are a great fit. We also welcome backgrounds in customer success leadership at enterprise software companies or product marketing roles at B2B SaaS companies.
