- Lead the upskilling of employees to facilitate the integration of AI tools into workflows to enhance personalization, adoption and efficiency.
- Develop and deploy effective technical training programs aligned with business priorities.
- Ensure our external eLearning platforms deliver impactful results across our technical knowledge and skills landscape.
- Measure learning outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in instructional design, AI integration, and leadership development.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and digital learning platforms.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into impactful learning solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with technology-related online learning platforms, live classroom training and learning analytics.
- Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industry.
- Exposure to global teams and cultural nuances in cross-border collaboration.
