About the role
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan
- Identify, target, develop and manage 15–20 strategic accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate leads
- Conduct product presentations, technical seminars, and demonstrations
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 6 + years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage processing, packaging, and sanitation requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed
