- Collaborate with Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants to perform administrative functions
- Work in a fast paced environment, multi-tasking between phones, emails, and various software programs
- Support showroom sales by answering sales calls, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and resolving order issues
- Ensure personalized customer service with timely responsiveness & proactive order management
