About the role

  • Implement core Talent Management strategies and programs that drive associate development, performance, and engagement.
  • Support operational delivery of talent processes such as talent review, succession planning, high-potential leadership development.
  • Manage timelines, communications, systems testing, reports, knowledge articles, learning resources and toolkits for talent initiatives.
  • Act as operational SME on Talent Review, Calibration, Succession Planning, Leadership Development/Development Planning.
  • Deliver reporting and key metrics related to talent programs and conduct post-program after action reviews.
  • Assist with administration of talent assessments, coaching and leadership development tools and provide operational support for third-party vendors.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance associate and leader experience.
  • Coordinate Talent Review process and assist with development, tracking, and communication of annual Succession Planning process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related area of study.
  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Management or related program support role.
  • Proven experience in implementing talent management tools, including experience with Workday, Hogan assessments, and Medallia software.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 software (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
  • Ability to prioritize many projects at once.
  • Ability to develop solid relationships and influence without authority.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Confident, entrepreneurial spirit, who enjoys diving in headfirst.
  • Ability to work with all levels of associates, with minimal direction, in a dynamic environment.
