About the role
- Provide exceptional customer support that boosts/maintains our feedback metrics
- Assist with management of day-to-day team functions
- Handle customer service tasks and assist team members
- Provide support to tier one associates on handling difficult interactions
- Maintain/meet seller agreements and quality interactions with customers
- Audit team performance in alignment with the Marketplace QA rubric
Requirements
- 12+ months in a sales or customer service representative position at Ferguson.
- No current PIPs or CANs
- Demonstrate great written and verbal communication
- Effective time management – must have the ability to multi-task
