Virtualization Engineer

• Develop strategy and oversee our enterprise NOC delivering high-quality 24/7 monitoring and support to clients
• Define and enforce NOC operational standards, escalation procedures, and alert frameworks to ensure proactive and responsive incident management

Customer Success Manager

• Design, implement and manage customer success workflows to drive efficiency and consistency in service delivery.
• Collaborate cross functionally to develop playbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for onboarding, renewals, escalations and risk mitigation.
• Develop and maintain customer health scores and retention dashboards using tools like SurveyMonkey and Salesforce.

Solutions Engineer

• Own Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced: Configure and optimize JSON calculators, CPQ workflows, product catalogs, pricing rules, and billing processes to support accurate quoting and faster deal cycles.
• Build & Maintain Integrations: Design and implement MuleSoft APIs and JSON-based integration patterns to connect Salesforce with systems including ServiceNow, NetSuite, Totango, DocuSign, Microsoft 365 (via Microsoft Graph API), and other critical platforms.

• Own the complete accounts payable cycle, including invoice entry, coding, approvals, and payment processing.
• Manage vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely and accurate communication.
• Lead weekly check runs and electronic payment processes, maintaining strong internal controls.
• Manage the Purchasing Board and respond promptly to vendor and internal purchase inquiries.

• Maintain efficient processes for receiving and validating timekeeping data, pay rate changes, and deductions.
• Review timecards and payroll inputs for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable wage and hour regulations.
• Process bi-weekly U.S. and applicable international payroll cycles through payroll systems and/or third-party providers.
• Ensure employees are paid accurately and on time via direct deposit or applicable methods.

• Assist in the design and deployment of network solutions for project-based work, including Cisco switches, Fortinet and Palo Alto firewalls, and SD-WAN.
