About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform engineering tasks in support of perimeter defense services
Handle client-satisfaction escalations and incidents
Install, configure, and audit perimeter defense platforms and associated applications
Review and consult on product, solution, and client change control requests
Understand the clients’ end goals and help create a plan to achieve them
Participate in an on-call rotation
Provide assistance in conducting assessments as an SME in various areas of expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-to-5 years of firewall/IT perimeter defense experience
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field, or an equivalent work history
Certifications in Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Cisco desired
Experience working for and within IT for the legal industry
Experience in large-scale service delivery
