About the role

  • Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously at the sales counter.
  • Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, including cash handling and electronic payments.
  • Manage inventory inquiries and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as lifting merchandise.
  • Experience working in the wholesale trade industry.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish and English.
  • Customer service certification or related training.
  • Knowledge of product lines relevant to the wholesale business.
