Configure and refine SaaS product in line with the documented client requirements, delivering client demos as scheduled and obtaining client sign-off of configured features.
Validate the functional configuration changes as expected.
Update Azure DevOps to reflect the effort taken to make the associated configuration updates.
Support client validation process and User Acceptance Testing to address and respond to client functional queries and make any appropriate configuration updates related to these queries.
Collaborate with the Product Team with respect to product requirements.
Support defect triage throughout delivery process
Adhere to internal governance processes and ensure compliance with the standard processes.
Build strong relationships within the project team, client teams and internal Product Management team.
Support the Lead Consultant in articulating approach to client configuration to address client business requirements.
Maintain functional documentation throughout the lifecycle of the delivery to ensure success of QA Automation
Documentation of options related to key design decisions and raising awareness of client decision to Project Manager (PM)
Escalates to the PM if there are any risks, issues or dependencies which puts the functional timeline at risk.
Follow the change management process and raise to the PM and lead Consultant where client is requesting additional scope over and above what has been agreed.
