Product Designer

• **The Role **
• We are seeking a Director of Product Design to lead and evolve Fenergo’s design function across our product portfolio. This is a senior role responsible for defining and driving a bold design vision, building a high-performing team, and embedding user-centric and workflow-centric thinking across the organisation.
• You will play a critical role in reimagining both user experience and underlying workflows, simplifying complex financial processes into intuitive, scalable, and impactful B2B SaaS solutions. This includes working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to uncover pain points, challenge existing paradigms, and design future-state experiences.
• You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to shape product strategy, influence the roadmap, and deliver differentiated experiences for complex, data-rich financial workflows.
• This is a unique opportunity to work on mission-critical software used by leading global financial institutions and to redefine how users interact with compliance and regulatory platforms in a modern SaaS fintech.
• **Key Responsibilities **
• - Define and execute a forward-looking UX and workflow design vision aligned with Fenergo’s product strategy and business goals
• - Reimagine end-to-end user journeys and operational workflows to simplify complex financial crime, onboarding, and regulatory processes
• - Partner with clients and customer-facing teams to co-create solutions, deeply understanding user needs, pain points, and real-world constraints
• - Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product design team, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and excellence
• - Establish and evolve design processes, standards, and best practices, with a focus on outcome-driven and hypothesis-led design
• - Champion user-centered and workflow-centric design, ensuring insights and data directly shape product direction
• - Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering leadership to align vision with feasible, scalable delivery
• - Drive the development and adoption of a robust, scalable design system that supports consistency and speed across the platform
• - Ensure cohesive, intuitive experiences across complex, configurable, enterprise-grade SaaS products
• - Act as a strategic partner at the executive level, advocating for design as a driver of business value and competitive advantage
• - Measure and continuously improve design impact through user outcomes, workflow efficiency gains, and product metrics

Director of Product Design

Sales

• Meet or exceed sales/revenue objectives through new client growth to support overall company growth goals.
• Completes sales cycle responsibility, including lead generation, qualification, and overall pipeline management and development.
• Working with our local partners to access a new customer base and strengthen partnerships with our existing.
• Develops and executes a structured prospecting plan to target mid-large companies across industry verticals, selling software solutions and consulting services to C Level Executives, Management Teams, and end users.
• Develop effective relationships with key decision makers within the customer or prospect's organization to sell clients the best product and service to close the gaps and improve costs.
• Negotiate legal and financial agreements, such as NDA’s & MSA’s, etc.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with operational and executive staff or prospects to ensure the highest levels of efficient operational interaction.
• Use existing relationships within the partner organization to develop deep and trusted advisory relationships and net-new deal leads generation.

Director, Enterprise Sales

Marketing

• Responsible for creating funnel and pipeline for the US and Canada region.
• Help plan, organize and execute online and offline marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events.
• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing plans that deliver tangible results.
• Monitor and track progress through the marketing funnel for the Americas region.
• Work closely with the local sales team to ensure Qualified Leads are progressing through the funnel effectively.
• Collaborate on ABX campaigns to engage prospects and scale existing accounts.
• Track and report campaign results, maintaining a scorecard and sharing outcomes with key stakeholders.
• Ensure event and campaign delivery on time and within budget.
• Manage a calendar of events and roundtables that nourish different segments.
• Provide logistical support for trade shows and events.
• Create post-event evaluation reports to measure success and ROI.

• Complex diary management and international travel arrangements
• Booking of travel, hotel, transport, arranging visas and preparing travel packs
• Meeting/event coordination and conference calls
• Arranging catering, lunch and coffee runs for CEO meetings
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents
• To undertake specific areas of responsibility and special projects, as required, to support the CEO
• Provide administrative support including preparation of presentations, collating data and creating reports, printing, filing etc.
